The tank is made of carbon steel, electro-welded and sealed and provided with an external protective metal frame.

TECHNICAL DATA

MAIN FEATURES:

  • Tanks with horizontal or vertical cylindrical axis, mounted inside a metal structure for anti-shock and anti-rolling protection. After the welding phase, the tanks are subjected to a sandblasting treatment and then painted. The painting process foresees that the tanks are covered with synthetic resin-based painting powder, which adheres to the metal surface by electrostatic effect; subsequently they are passed into an oven where, due to the temperature, the paint first melts and then polymerizes, creating an adherent and resistant layer.
  • Models 620 and 910 are also equipped with internal breakwater bulkheads.
  • 300 mm diameter top hatch, watertight with 10 mm thick plate and counterflange, bolts and gasket for fuels.
  • Three-acting safety valve, diam. 2″, according to law (certified)
  • Ball valve on the inlet section, equipped with a lever device to prevent accidental opening.
  • Plates for balanced lifting from above, even when fully loaded.
  • Lateral openings for forklift forks and holes for possible anchoring to the platform.
  • Arrangement for earthing and equipotential bonding.
  • The tanks can be equipped with a dispensing group contained in a powder-coated metal cabinet, equipped with a key lock and set up according to the customer’s needs.

EQUIPMENT:

  • The named range consists of 5 basic models with capacities of 250, 380, 450, 620 and 910 litres.
  • The tank can be equipped with a manual transfer unit (with rotary vane pump), with a 12V or 24V battery-powered electric pump.
  • Battery-operated electric pump has a flow rate of 40 lt./min. (optional 60 lt./min.) and is equipped with a built-in by-pass, connection cables with bipolar connector.
  • Gun with manual or automatic stop.
  • 5 m antistatic rubber hose.
  • Meter for non-commercial use (optional).

CERTIFICATES SUPPLIED:

  • Initial commissioning / inspection report, issued by an Authorized Body
  • EC declaration of conformity of the transfer unit
  • Instruction booklet for road use according to ADR prescriptions and for the correct use of transfer devices.
